Pesto is produced with wild fennel collected on the farm, extra virgin olive oil, almonds and garlic of our production. It is a product that lends itself to being used to accompany crostini, season bruschetta and, if slightly evaporated, can be used as a pasta sauce. It is a natural and tasty product, with a very low environmental impact.

Benefits and nutritional values of dried fennel
All parts of wild fennel are used: shoots, leaves harvested in summer and fruits harvested in autumn. Organic dried fennel is ideal for enjoying its fragrance in every season of the year. The wild fennel plants from which these tasty seeds are collected are spontaneous within the company and grow in the most natural areas of Fastuchera, where no agricultural activities are practiced.
