      100% Sangiovese from twenty year old vines, this is a ripe, lovely Chianti, produced biodynamically, with rich flavours of dried cherry, plum and pomegranate. Gripping tannins from five days on skins (but no oak!), framing the wine’s structure with its significant acidity, and bottled without sulphur.
