We grow Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belìce, the three traditional varieties of our territory. 
We planted some trees about thirty years ago, others have inhabited these lands for more than a century.

We harvest the olives starting from mid-October and cold press them at a continuous cycle oil mill which is a few kilometers from the company.   
The extra virgin oil we obtain, unfiltered and preserved under nitrogen, has an intense green color and a fruity flavour, characterized by a balanced combination of bitter and spicy.
