Taggiasca variety salted olives 85%, Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil 200g
Only Taggiasca olives harvested and processed on the same day, carefully selected by hand. The olives are washed for a month with just water and then continue the fermentation in brine, to which we add thyme and bay leaves. Once ready, these are removed from the stone and peel and then shredded to become a fantastic pâté, preserved in our extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil.
