Modica PGI chocolate with 70% cocoa with a characteristic texture in which the crystals of cane sugar can be felt. Processed in a bain-marie at low temperature (no more than 43°), then "beaten" in the characteristic truncated pyramid molds with 4 notches and left to solidify.
All ingredients are organic and fair trade.
