Clementine jam is obtained from fruits grown in the Sibari plain in Calabria. Citrus groves overlooking the Ionian Sea, the clemetine tree ripens its fruit in December, has intense green foliage, very fragrant seedless fruits, with a bright orange colour.
Ingredients: fresh clementine pulp, cane sugar, lemon juice. 200g
Pairings: excellent for breakfast, very delicate and suitable for filling tarts.
