At Ferme Les Chênes, nestled among the rolling hills of the Tarn region, father and daughter duo Serge & Léa raise Black Gascon pigs with care, patience, and a deep respect for nature. Our pigs live outdoors, free to roam and grow at their own pace, in harmony with the land.
On our family farm, tradition meets passion. Every product is prepared by hand in our on-site cannery, using time-honored recipes passed down through generations. From confit Black Pork sausage and slow-cooked stews to rich pâtés and melt-in-your-mouth rillettes, everything is made without nitrite salts or preservatives—just simple, honest ingredients and pure flavor.
