An oil with an intense green colour and strong aroma.

 

The extra virgin olive oil is produced by our partner Emanuele Sparacino: between the end of September and October he collects certified organic olives of local cultivars (moresca, verdese, tonda iblea, biancolilla), both in his own land and from trees entrusted to him by other owners .

 

They are cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting, obtaining an unfiltered oil with an intense green color and intense and pleasant aromas.

To be consumed raw to season raw or cooked vegetables, soups, and first courses.
